UMC required a state-of-the-art ERP system through which they wished to conduct their day-to-day business transactions and most importantly the complete scope of their manufacturing processes and the related financial transactions.

CBS Solution Provided

CBS begin the implementation project on 2015 and had the financials module running by 2011 and the end-to-end system with production module running by 2012. Microsoft Dynamics AX was implemented on an on-premise model to handle the comprehensive requirements of UMC along with CBS-ProHRx HRMS and Payroll Management. CBS also supplied and installed the required IT including Server setup, Exchange Email to backup and disaster recovery systems.
In 2021, CBS successfully completed the upgrade and reimplementation project with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for UMC.

UISC required a easy to use ERP system also capable of handling the complex manufacturing processes at UISC.

CBS successfully deployed Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 initially at 2015 along with an independent production management system. CBS HRMS and Payroll Module was also deployed to handle the management of over 300+ staff. In 2022, CBS upgraded the existing system to Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations whilst also unifying the Production system and HRMS system into Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations through extensive and effective customizations.
UISC now handles its entirety of operations from one unified system while ensuring stability and reliability through a robust security system and backup solution.

Microsoft 365 Finance & Operations

A minimum of 20- full-user licenses is required for the cloud implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation. The on-premise version however can be deployed starting from one license, but it does pose other limitations.
